Great weekend songwriting with Charlie on Saturday and busking outside a wonderful vintage Fare in Bristol on Sunday. Also had a cracking Chai from a bloke on a bike!

Im back living in the south west, The AAA Revue are still evolving and writing lots. We had a spectacular EP launch earlier this year at St Pancras Old Church in King Cross, (London Town). Me and Charlie have some very exciting plans to announce to you by the end of the year, but for the time being check out a few of our hits being played live at our "Shake off all the Blue" EP launch night on The AAA Revue's Youtube channel:

The AAA Revue's first gig of 2014!

Great weekend rehearsing at Bateson HQ! We finished a new song "Ghost Walks" and have been promoting the hell out of our EP Launch gig coming up at the end of the Month.

We have a warm up show tomorrow night as a stripped back three piece, (courtesy of Emma Bowles singing backing vocals) at the Alley Cat on Denmark street in Central London. Join is if you can!

Hope you have all had an excellent weekend and broken all your resolutions! As I wise bear once said to me "January is sad enough without having to give up the things you like doing"

Out of the darkness...

How beautiful is the weather? and how much nicer are people on the street being to each other, love it.

Just had a fantastic weekend down Bath supporting the talented Emily Maquire at a sold out show at the Chapel Arts. I was playing with Charlie Bateson as 'The AAA Revue', we got a great response and it was so nice to have a listening crowd AND a great sound onstage, (and off according to friends)- Thank you very much to Emily and Christian for giving us the slot and good luck with your fourth album 'Bird Inside A Cage'.

I'm really enjoying writing songs and performing with Charlie, hes a great writer and has a fantastic amount of enthusiasm that is infectous.We are playing the 12 Bar Club in Denmark Street tonight, (the famous London street where every shop is a guitar shop apart from two clubs and a hairdressers I think) and upstairs at the Ritzy in Brixton tomorrow. At the end of the month we will be recording with a live drummer - 3 track ep to follow. Watch this space.
